- Teamed-up with with Psychotherapist Mom, developing corporoate stress-management. But on separate coasts, put format on hold.
- Added the stress reduction tools to extensive fitness and nutrition coaching practice, for healthy lifestyle coaching.
- Suddenly needed the stress management personally. With more environmental, financial and relationship stress, seemed to be aging too fast for a health freak. Productivity, health and appearance started deteriorating too early. Fitness, diet and even bodywork were no longer enough.
- Having become a meditation and spiritual teacher, noticed correlation between the scientific research on stress reduction and higher awareness. Discovered stress to be the physical link between mind, body and spirit.
- Synthesized years of previously taught material into new implications and applications for fitness, vitality and productivity.
- Walked the talk to get own vitality back even stronger than before!
- Finally offered and taught stress reduction as its own separate program, helping others rejuevenate as well.
