In addition to great cardio and core for weight and shape (based on science)... and in addition to great body language and self-expression (based on the natural moves)... this exercise system also increases energy flow. Energy flow (called "chi" in chinese, "chai" in Hebrew, and "prana" in Sanskrit) is a metapysical yet critical part of physical fitness and sexiness. The rhythmic circular movement as opposed to contained linear poses, helps to align your body with the natural osciallations and vibrations of the earth (and universe.) It also conditions not just cardio and core muscles, but tight joints, which are critical junctions betweewn body and soul where "chi" gets stored, and needs to be released and recirculated. And it reunites and expresses the natural forces within, uniting firey and water-like movements.

Additionally the natural movements feel so, well, natural, that they increase compliance. (The workout feels so good, you actually do it.) And while other workouts using energy flow tend to be more calm, this uses very dynamic motion, for more fitness and fun. Ultimately it challenges your body weight, body shape and body language, as well as your underlying chi, an overlooked part of vitality.
