This program combines exercise science with specific, systematic movement (from the Caribbean, Mediterranean, South Pacific and more.) The result is exercise that's not just effective (for weight and shape) but also exciting, and even enlightening (so you actually do it.) Building on principles of cardio and core conditioning, this workout adds the missing spirit (from principles of energy flow to sass and spice.) This sheds the weight from both your body and mind, shaping-up your physique and life force. Leaving choreography behind, the steps include primal, natural movements chosen for high cardio and weight-management, plus energy flow and body language. Sensual yet spiritual, the moves are both firey and flowy, to strengthen, lenghten and awaken your body, soul and mojo. With circular motion versus linear poses, they target muscles usually ignored, yet without hurting at all.

Featured at fitness clubs in NYC and LA, this program united my initial career in personal training with studies in world dance, for a hardcore workout party. It's not an exercise regime, but an exercise experience. Look fit, move fit, work it and love it!
